The right firm, at the moment it's needed

I connect companies that need something done now with the specialist firms that have the capacity to do it. Market signals, both sides qualified, one introduction when the fit is real.

The two sides

They want each other.
Timing keeps them apart.

Firms with capacity

Contractors, consultants and specialist service firms with crews, licences or time free, who would rather be in front of a company with a live need than wait for the next referral.

Companies with a deadline

Owners and operators facing a regulatory, contractual or operational clock, who need a qualified firm quickly and don't have the time to run a search from scratch.

What I watch

Need has a timestamp

Enforcement and inspections

Notices, citations and inspection filings that force a fix within a set time.

Licences and renewals

Licence, permit and registration dates that bring an obligation due.

New registrations

New sites, entities and filings that create a first-time need.

Contracts and deadlines

Contract expiries, compliance dates and programme cut-offs.

I track these signals continuously in every market I work in. They show who is under pressure, and when. Names are never published here.

What outsiders get wrong

Not a list. A judgement.

Referrals arrive when they arrive

Most firms find work through referrals, bid lists and someone who knows someone: trust with no schedule. The companies that need them show up in the market on a specific day, with a deadline attached.

The signal is the easy part

Spotting a signal is the start, not the work. The work is knowing which ones are commercially real: whether the company has already hired someone, whether the job fits, whether the timing still works.

Fewer, later stage

Volume is what agencies sell. A firm with a full crew doesn't need fifty conversations. It needs the three that are already looking for exactly what it does.

How it works

Three steps. One introduction.

1 · Signal

I track market signals in a defined market and see who has a time-bound need.

2 · The box

Before anything is routed, we agree in writing what you want, what you don't, where you work and how much you can take on.

3 · One introduction

When a situation matches the box and the other side confirms the need, I introduce you both by email and step out.

Engagements run as a 60–90-day Priority Lane: selective, not volume. Anything that clearly misses the agreed box is replaced. No exclusivity is promised to anyone; I route on fit. I'm taking on a small number of firms in each market this quarter.

Questions

Before you book

Is this lead generation?

No. I don't sell lists, appointments or email campaigns. I build a route between companies with an active need and the firms with the capacity to meet it, and I introduce only where both sides confirm the fit.

Where do the introductions come from?

From market signals I track continuously in each market I work in, followed by qualification with both sides. Nothing is routed until the other side has confirmed the need.

Which companies do you have right now?

I don't share names before an engagement. On a call I'll describe what the market looks like (the type of companies, the pressure they're under and the timing) so you can judge the fit for yourself.

How are you paid?

A flat fee for a defined Priority Lane, agreed in writing before work starts. Not commission, and never a percentage of your contract.

Can you promise results?

I commit to the standard, not the outcome. Every introduction has to meet the box we agreed, and anything that clearly misses it is replaced. Whether a deal closes is between you and the other side.

Do you offer exclusivity?

No. I route on fit, so nobody is promised a territory or a market.

How long does it take?

The box is confirmed in the first week, qualification runs to around day 30, and introductions are routed from day 30 to day 90.
